We start by clearing surface debris, then work a commercial power brush through the pile to release compacted dirt, sand, algae and organic matter that a garden brush can never reach. The lawn is then rinsed and treated so the drainage runs freely again.

Shaded Essex gardens and coastal Tendring properties get moss and algae fast. We strip moss from the pile and joints, clear weeds from edges and seams, and treat the surface to slow regrowth through the damp months.

Urine soaks past the fibres into the sand infill and membrane, which is why the smell keeps coming back in warm weather. Our treatment breaks down the ammonia and bacteria causing the odour, then deodorises the whole surface. Pet-safe throughout.

A pet- and child-safe sanitiser is applied across the full lawn to kill bacteria left behind by pets, birds and standing water. Ideal for families with toddlers, and for anyone using their turf as a dog run.
